Some water leaks can be prevented, these are several water leaks that can occur;
- Shower Curtains should be used at all times, and keep the outer shower curtain outside of the tub wall while the liner lies inside the tub wall nearest the water.
- Toilet overflow due to either paper towels or other items being thrown down the toilet. Inspections of the toilets on an annual basis should be conducted to ensure your toilet trap is not blocked.
- P-trap under the kitchen and bathroom sinks should be inspected for any leaks.
- Faucet base connections, if you see water flower from the base of your faucet, it may need to be repaired or replaced.
- Bidets are not permitted in bathrooms due to the risk of water leaks when being used.
