Your legal counsel should provide you with your Declaration, By-laws and Rules when you take possession of your suite. Please contact Property Management if you do not receive a copy. Management will charge a $20.00 per hour administration fee plus twenty-five (25) cents per photocopy for copying services. The Board of Directors is permitted to modify the rules for the Condominium with a majority vote of the owner’s and may institute new rules from time to time. You will be informed in writing if this occurs.
